Many want to control the ventilation in their home via an existing smart home system. This may include the need to adjust operating modes, monitor indoor climate, or automatically activate forced ventilation. Integration possibilities depend on the model and desired function.

Yes, Flexit units can be connected to smart home systems.

You have two options:

  1. Digital inputs:
    The unit can be controlled via external signals from the smart home system, for example to change operating modes or activate forced ventilation.

  2. Modbus communication:
    For more advanced integration, the unit can be controlled and monitored via Modbus protocol (RTU or TCP, depending on the model).
